Director of Information Technology
The IT Director is responsible for leading and managing all information technology operations for a growing small to midsized organization with approximately 150 – 200 users across three primary offices and multiple satellite locations. This role requires a hands-on approach to IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity oversight, and 24/7 technical support coordination.
Contracts Specialist
The Contracts Specialist plays a vital role in managing and overseeing contracts. The contracts specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. They act as a liaison between stakeholders, contractors, customers and vendors, ensuring that all parties understand the terms and conditions of agreements.
Procurement Manager
The Procurement Director will be responsible for developing and leading the key purchase, rental and lease functions of the company to obtain essential supplies and services. Develops and maintains strategic supplier and vendor relationships, negotiates contracts and terms, executes commercial agreements and ensures proper fielding and delivery of items and services.
Application Engineer
The Applications Engineer will collaborate with Business Development and Project Management teams to produce engineering designs, detailed specifications of assembled solutions, PFDs, P&IDs and complete engineering packages/documentations for Conceptual, Budgetary and Firm proposals.
Financial Planning Analyst
The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, pricing analysis, and business decision-making processes. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and analyzing KPI’s, conducting ad hoc analysis and preparing presentations for management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Accounting, and Operations, to ensure accurate financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Field Technician
XRI’s Field Technician is responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, ordering parts, preparing technical reports, and maintaining care of company assets, with a focus on quality and efficiency of all work.
Operations Engineer
The Sr. Operations Engineer will be accountable for successful development and execution of operational projects and water resource planning to support efficient operations under the general direction of the Director of Engineering. This individual will need to thrive in a challenging environment. The Sr. Operations Engineer will oversee all projects related to pipeline and facility upgrades, budgeting, planning, implementation, execution, and operation scheduling with a strong focus on safety, integrity, and reliability.
Midstream, Operator 1
XRI’s Midstream division collects and moves water through poly pipe, lay flat hose and underground pipeline systems from water sources to customer frac jobs. Sourcing operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and rigging down jobs safely.
